How do you know if you’ve fallen out of alignment?

This can feel different for everyone.

  • Physically: Chronic tension, digestive issues, headaches, fatigue, inflammation, fertility challenges, prostate concerns or high blood pressure may present.

  • Mental/Emotionally: Chronic stress, anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, or even an overabundance of anger, that hollow feeling that something’s missing.

  • Spiritually: We may experience depletion or a quiet disconnection from our soul, felt as a subtle ache or longing for something more, something we can’t quite name.

Everything within us is connected. When we don’t listen to our body, we can begin to see signs and symptoms we don’t always recognize as related.
